Vin Diesel and Jason Momoa face off in ‘Fast X’

“Speed X,” the highly anticipated 10th installment in the “Fast and Furious” franchise, brings back the original cast, including Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Nathalie Emanuel, Jordana Brewster, Song Kang, Jayson Statham, John Sena and Scott Eastwood, And Oscar winners Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron. It was directed by Louis Leterrier (Clash of the Titans, The Incredible Hulk).

The film marks the end of one of the most popular and successful global franchises in film history. Despite entering its third decade, the show remains a force to be reckoned with, with a core cast and characters that audiences have loved from the beginning.
Fast X follows Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his family as they face off against their most dangerous adversary: a ruthless enemy from the past who seeks bloody revenge and is determined to destroy everything and everyone Dom loves. Dante (Jason Momoa), the son of a former enemy, is seeking revenge on Dom and his family for the events that took place in Fast Five.

Dante’s plan scatters Dom’s family around the world, and new alliances and old enemies emerge. With Dom discovering that his 8-year-old son is Dante’s ultimate target, the stakes are higher than ever.
“Speed X” also introduces an impressive new cast, including Academy Award winner Brie Larson as Tess, a rogue representative from the agency, Allen Richson (Reacher) as Ames, the agency’s new head, and Danila Melchio (Suicide Squad) as a Brazilian street racer with ties to Dom’s past. Oscar-winning actress Rita Moreno plays Abuelita Toretto in Dom and Mia.
Fast X, produced by Neil H. Moritz, Vin Diesel, Justin Lim, Jeff Kirchenbaum and Samantha Vincent and executive produced by Joseph M. Caracciolo Jr., David Kane, Chris Morgan, Amanda Lewis and Mark Bomback, hits Philippine theaters on May 17.
